Unfortunately, due to limited space, we cannot offer free-from options as we cannot store or prepare ingredients separately.

Absolutely! We offer a limited delivery service, hand-delivering cakes within a 5-mile radius from Edmonton. Delivery charges are calculated based on distance: £7.99 within a 1-mile radius, £9.99 within a 3-mile radius, and £14.99 within a 5-mile radius.
Each of our sheet cakes serves between 20 and 30 people.
Yes! Custom card toppers can be arranged for an additional charge. Please discuss your requirements at the time of ordering.
As a small volume baker with limited space, we’re unfortunately unable to offer any free-from alternatives.
A full list of ingredients is available on request for all our cakes. Ingredients and allergens will also be discussed when placing an order.
We always aim to accommodate every customer. Many of our cakes can be frozen without losing taste or appearance, so if that’s an option, we’ll work to find the best solution for you.
Once your cake leaves our premises, responsible handling, transportation, and storage are your responsibility. To keep your cake beautiful and delicious, transport it flat, ideally in the footwell of your passenger seat. If that isn't possible, place it flat on a non-slip surface in your car boot, driving carefully over bumps. Always store your cake in the fridge and allow it to reach room temperature by taking it out about one hour before serving. On especially hot days, 30 minutes is often sufficient. If managed correctly, your cake will remain tasty for 3 to 4 days.
To secure your cake order, a full payment is required once you have chosen your cake. By making payment, you confirm that you have noted the allergen information and agree to our terms and conditions. In cases where cancellation is necessary, please note that a full refund (minus any incurred expenses such as special colourings or toppings) is available if you cancel with 14 or more days' notice. For cancellations with 7 days' notice, a 50% refund will be provided. All cancellations should be sent to hello@swirlsandsprinkles.co.uk. Due to the nature of our cakes, there may be slight variations in colours or decorations depending on availability.
